We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Cost
- Free insured delivery on orders of £250 or more.
- £9.95 insured delivery on orders under £250.
How we send your order
Every order is sent fully insured using a tracked service that requires a signature on delivery. Parcels are discreetly packaged with no reference to their contents. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order, and will email you when your order is on its way.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email hello@bulansjewellers.co.uk straight away with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Please do not sign for a parcel that is visibly damaged or tampered with.
